A tragic aviation accident has shaken the community of Louisville, Kentucky. A UPS Airlines McDonnell Douglas MD-11F cargo plane crashed shortly after takeoff from Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport around 5:13 PM local time on November 4, 2025.
At least 9 people have been confirmed dead, including three UPS crew members and several people on the ground.
11 others were injured, some critically.
