Erin Andrews Warns Patrick Mahomes And Travis Kelce Ahead Of 1587 Prime Debut In Kansas City

Erin Andrews is excited about the new steakhouse called 1587 Prime. It’s run by Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce. Andrews spoke with PEOPLE and said she admires them a lot, both as great football players and kind people away from the field. She also shared something playful she wants them to remember on opening night, which is on September 17, in Kansas City. That’s just a few days after the Chiefs play the Philadelphia Eagles and it also happens to be Patrick Mahomes’ birthday.
Erin Andrews’ one simple wish for Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce
Erin Andrews told PEOPLE she is a big fan of Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. “I’m just a huge fan of who those guys are on and off the field. They’ve always just been so sweet and supportive,” she said.
She loves how they act when playing and how they act when not playing. Andrews jokingly warned them, “Boys, the olives better be outstanding and it better be shaken and just absolutely cold. Do you know what I mean?”
She wants the martini they serve at 1587 Prime to be just right. The opening night is set for September 17 in Kansas City—and yes, it lines up with Mahomes’ birthday.
Erin said she already got a special invite from Patrick and Travis. She posted the gift box they sent on her Instagram Stories, showing off an autographed football in her office. She called it “worth something and also incredible.”
She is also working with Glade for its “Pumpkin Debate” campaign. That campaign comes right as football season and autumn begin. She says it “gets everybody in the mood” for fall. Glade’s survey shows that for fall scents, people pick cinnamon (55%) and apple (49%) over pumpkin spice. That surprised her.
