Bride and Groom Featured During Bad Bunny’s 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show Actually Tied the Knot on the Field
Yes, that couple really said “I do!” during Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl LX Halftime Show performance.
The Puerto Rican singer-rapper’s Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show was full of Easter eggs, surprise celebrity cameos and one couple really getting married.
During the performance, the newlyweds kissed before they parted to reveal guest performer Lady Gaga, who sang “Die with a Smile” with a live band.
The couple sat in the corner of the stage by a three-tier cake, which they eventually took a big slice out of. The “Born This Way” singer danced with Bad Bunny, born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, while he sang “BAILE INoLVIDABLE.”
The Grammy Award-winner sang hits including “Tití me preguntó,” “Yo Perreo Sola,” “Voy a Llevarte Pa’ PR” and “NUEVAYoL.” He also incorporated snippets of Tego Calderon’s “Pa que retozen,” Don Omar’s “Dale don dale” and Daddy Yankee’s “Gasolina.”
Pedro Pascal, Cardi B, Jessica Alba and Karol G popped up as surprise dancers, and Ricky Martin sang a few lines from “LO QUE LE PASÓ A HAWAii.”
The show concluded with Bad Bunny displaying a series of international flags while a large video board displayed the message “The Only Thing More Powerful Than Hate is Love.”
Bad Bunny ended the show by saying, in Spanish, “We’re still here,” before spiking a football that was inscribed with the message, “Together We Are America.”
Ahead of his performance, Bad Bunny said that viewers “only have to worry about dance” and don’t need to learn Spanish to enjoy his performance during the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show Press Conference on Thursday, Feb. 5.
“I just want people to have fun. It’s gonna be a huge party and what people can always expect from me,” he said. “Of course a lot of my culture, but I really don’t want to give any spoilers.”
