Donald Trump Trolls Taylor Swift After She Got Boo’d At Super Bowl 59: “MAGA Is Very Unforgiving”
During Super Bowl LIX on February 9, 2025, held at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Taylor Swift attended to support her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. When Swift appeared on the Jumbotron, she was met with boos from Philadelphia Eagles fans, likely due to her association with the opposing team. In contrast, President Donald Trump, who was also in attendance, received cheers when shown on the big screen.
Following the game, President Trump took to his social media platform, Truth Social, to mock Swift, stating, “The only one that had a tougher night than the Kansas City Chiefs was Taylor Swift. She got BOOED out of the Stadium. MAGA is very unforgiving!”
This incident adds to the ongoing tension between Trump and Swift, which escalated after Swift endorsed Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential election. Trump had previously expressed his disapproval of Swift following her endorsement.
Despite the negative reactions, Swift remained at the game to support Kelce, who faced a challenging night as the Chiefs lost to the Eagles with a score of 40-22.
