Patrick Mahomes is a great athlete.. but from the first time he took the position of starting QB and walked onto the field.. He was inheriting a great team to lead.
All of the right players were in place and Patrick was what KC needed to lead them.
After the first Superbowl win for Mahomes the dynamics started changing.. trades became an issue.
Then the two back to back Superbowl wins was the peak.. and from then on.. there hasn’t been the cohesiveness with the players.. injuries.. penalties.. bad calls.. poor play calls.. poor selections of players.. good players let go.. coaching not what it was.
Sadly.. the Mahomes Era appears to be coming to an end. It’s been a great run.. and now it’s time again to rebuild from the ground up!
Chiefs fans are loyal and we will always be cheering for the Chiefs no matter what.
