King Charles III was briefly hospitalized due to temporary side effects from his ongoing cancer treatment. The 76-year-old monarch, diagnosed with an unspecified cancer in February 2024, experienced a minor setback on Thursday, leading to a short period of observation in the hospital.

He has since returned to Clarence House and is in good spirits. As a precaution, his engagements for Friday have been postponed, but his upcoming state visit to Italy with Queen Camilla remains on schedule. Royal aides describe the incident as a “minor bump in the road,” and the King continues to manage state duties from home.

The hosts of “The View” were fined $50 million and face the risk of a permanent broadcast ban following Carrie Underwood’s demand, after they publicly humiliated her on air, coupled with the harsh accusation: “The worst program in US history.”
