Sofia Vergara shares kiss with hunky Spanish actor in LA two years after Joe Manganiello divorce

The pair seemed to have enjoyed their time together as they had a warm embrace, with Vega planting a kiss on the TV star’s cheek before they went their separate ways on Friday night.

It remains uncertain if their relationship is romantic but the two certainly seemed comfortable around one another.

Vergara – who was last romantically linked to businessman Douglas Chabbott – looked casual-cool in a black silk sleeveless top tucked into blue jeans, a brown leather jacket and high heels.

Her brunette tresses were worn down in a middle-part as she showcased her natural, evergreen looks with complementary make-up.

Vega donned a white long-sleeved graphic T-Shirt along with baggy black trousers, sneakers, baseball cap, and a monogrammed Louis Vuitton denim jacket draped over his forearm.

The Spanish-language actor is best known for his work starring in Fragmentos (2025), Lobo feroz (2023), and With the Years That I Have Left (2022).

Meanwhile, Vergara announced her divorce from Joe Manganiello in July 2023 after seven years of marriage.

Only two days after announcing their split, Manganiello filed for divorce and listed their date of separation as July 2.

The reason for the end of their marriage was cited as ‘irreconcilable differences.’

However, in January 2024, Vergara told the Spanish publication El País that she and Manganiello called it quits because he wanted kids and she did not.

‘I didn’t want to be an old mom,’ she said. ‘I feel it’s not fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but that’s not for me anymore.’

She continued: ‘I had a son at 19, who is now 32, and I’m ready to be a grandmother, not a mother. So, if love comes along, he has to come with [his own] children.’

Manganiello later disputed those claims in a Men’s Journal article in July 2024.

‘There’s been a lot said in the press about me wanting a family. That’s simply not true,’ he told the publication. ‘We did try to have a family for the first year and a half.’

Vergara was most recently romantically linked to 39-year-old businessman Douglas Chabbott.

The pair cozied up together in Las Vegas in November and at an Oasis concert in Pasadena, California, the month prior.

They were also seen together over the summer as Vergara spent her 53rd birthday at Nammos in Sardinia with Chabbott in attendance. Just a day before her birthday bash, Vergara shared a sweet message from Chabbott on social media.

Before that, she enjoyed a brief romance with orthopedic surgeon Dr Justin Saliman in 2023.
