Taylor Swift has previously written songs for fiancé Travis Kelce, exes Harry Styles, Matty Healy and Joe Jonas, and many more stars. Revisit them all ahead of The Life of a Showgirl Oct. 3 release.

Taylor Swift may have left a lot of stars saying, “Oh my god, she’s insane, she wrote a song about me,” amid her career.

While the result latest burst of inspiration is still a day away with The Life of a Showgirl’s official release set for Oct. 3, the “I Bet You Think About Me” singer’s robust discography is already a treasure trove of her past romances, friendships and infatuations.

Indeed, Taylor’s various songwriting eras include nods to her fiancé Travis Kelce, exes Harry Styles, John Mayer and Tom Hiddleston, as well as stars like Kim Kardashian and even Ethel Kennedy.

And while the 35-year-old has only ever subtly hinted at who her specific songs are about, she has, of course, shared that she will write about people in her life when inspiration strikes.

“Some people come into your life and they have this effect on you,” she explained in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar in 2018. “I don’t know what it is that makes some people really creatively inspiring.”
