In The Kingdom, Patrick Mahomes stated Brittany entered labor on Sunday, January 12, 2025, in Kansas City. Patrick was seeing playoff games at home at the time. “Brittany did great work here. All day I was watching playoff games. She went into labor after one game,” he said. Patrick added, “Our baby was here before the next game finished, so I didn’t even miss a playoff game. She is as locked in as I am as far as football goes.”
The timing allowed Patrick to be present at the hospital without missing team activities or important games. Golden Raye Mahomes became the youngest addition to the Mahomes family, following big sister Sterling Skye Mahomes and little brother Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III.
